Entree Salads

Spring Mix lettuce topped with tender medium rare beef, red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, Artichoke hearts, sautéed mushrooms, olives, & aged shaved Parmesan cheese, served with a Greek vinaigrette dressing (GF) on the side

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

Chicken breast marinated and grille, served on a bed of crisp Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing (GF), Parmesan cheese and croutons

Chicken breast marinated & grilled, field greens, red peppers, red onion, caramelized almonds, mandarin oranges & sweet and sour dressing (GF),
