8 oz. ROASTED BEEF SIRLOIN CARVING STATION

MINIMUM OF 15 GUESTS REQUIRED Served with garlic au jus (GF) & horseradish sour cream (GF)

*(OPTIONAL) SAUTEED MUSHROOMS & ONION with BACON

Served in round chafers by the carving station

12 oz. ROASTED PRIME RIB (GF)

Served with Garlic Au Jus (GF, DF) & Horseradish sour cream

12 oz. PRIME RIB WELLINGTON PARADOX

Medium-rare beef paradox wrapped inside a puff pastry with mushroom duxelle and gruyere, served with garlic au jus (GF, DF) on the side

Served Oscar style, topped with crab meat, on a bed of asparagus, with Bearnaise sauce on the side
